I do not usually gives 5 stars to anyone since no one is perfect but Russ and his son were pretty close to perfect for our job. We had very large crown molding installed across a very high two-story foyer as well as in the upstairs hall. Russ and his son did a stellar job with the molding, it looks fantastic. They came when they said they would and on time and stayed within the budget quoted. He even completed a couple of small jobs for a bit extra while he was here. We would hire them again!

Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
I called Russ and scheduled an appointment to install a chandelier in a 2-story entry/foyer. He arrived on time (early) with the proper equipment and assistance. The job was completed in less than one hour for the amount I was quoted over the phone. I was very satisfied.

Project: New Window - Single
Russ was very good at setting the initial appointment and called back right away. He set the first visti quickley, was professional while at my house, but since then I have not received a call back. I have called him at least 3 times since his visit and none of my calls were returned. He said he was going to chek on a part and I never heard from him again.
