Russ and his wife did fairly nice work.  However, the subcontractor who handled the drywall walked through the house with mud on the carpet and was less than perfect in his finish work (Russ had to some do-overs at the end of the job).  Russ charged more than $900 over his estimate, but when challenged about this, returned $500.  I think he wanted to pick out his own materials, so that he could make a few dollars this way.  However, I wanted to pick out the vanity, shower and fixtures, which may have given him less "wiggle" room on his profits.  I am very pleased with the final result.
