I bring that knowledge alone with over 85 hours of class room training and over 1000 inspections to every Inspection. Knowledge is Key. I do investors inspections, new home inspections, insurance inspections, and warranty inspections.

Russ showed up on time, and his inspections was thorough and informative. When working with first time new home buyers he takes time to explain his findings. Let him know if you are a 'old pro' and don't require as much info. He provided a detailed report at the end of the inspection. I would definitely call him again.

Very knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and friendly. Russ took his time and made sure he check every inch of our home. He explained in great detail every thing that he saw that was wrong and everything he saw that wasn't. Russ really knows Homes. I would refer him to any one buying a home. Great Job Russ!!
