Brian was courteous, called when he was delayed, and he recommended that I save some money by not hiring him but buy a new toilet. Problem solved without extra expense. I hired him for another issue because of his honesty.

Honest, hard working,worker, and reasonable price. Communication is excellent. I am very pleased with the way they handled the schedule, explanation, process. The only reason I don't give 5 stars since later I got the camera to view clearly the problem and paid again for the service. I wish I had used the camera service first.

It was a very positive experience. Brian was early for the appointment, and explained what needed to be done in a simple and direct manner. He went out of his way to explain the options, and what would save me money in the long run. Unlike other plumbers I have used in the past, he actually cleaned up the mess. I have other plumbing projects and plan to call him when I am ready to do the projects.

Very proffesional, straight to work as I needed my Clogged sink fixed right away, came on time and very friendly, I have already reccomended him to my neighbor. He did such a great job that I also had him fix my bathroom leak that I was putting off for weeks.
I will highly reccomend Rush Rooter.

First, Brian called and let me know he had an opening at an earlier time if I wanted to take advantage of that. On the day of our actual appointment, he was on time and had a sense of humor about working with old pipes. He worked through the problem quickly, didn't make a mess, and explained to me what the problem was. Great service!
