A+++ electrical work.  He's probably the cheapest around, yet produces the most bang for the buck.  I almost didn't go with him because his quote seemed too low, but I made the right decision by hiring him.  Above average craftmanship, honesty, and good communication give Don an A+++.  I would recommend him to a friend.  (disclosure:  no affiliation with Don Rurode, I got four quotes for an electrical panel upgrade, and Don's was the cheapest.  However, I am familiar with good and bad electric work, and he did an excellent job.)
