Carpenter bees NOT exterminated . I must call to have the process redone.

We are sorry to hear that this customer was not satisfied with the extermination. We called to remind him that there is a 30 day guarantee on our work and we offered to come back as this extermination is within the 30 day period. We hope this does the trick.

Very knowledgable, and a great help. Its nice to know that you can still get great service and take care of the extermination of pests without paying 600 dollars. That is how much A Abel wanted. Where as Run Pest control was 200

My initial meeting had to be cancelled due to miscommunication, but once they came out to inspect my issue it was quickly diagnosed. They told me how to solve the problem on my own in order to save some money which was very nice, but I may need to have them come back out because my attempts have been unsuccessful so far.

Run Pest Control delivered an affordable, quality inspection. The customer service representative was professional and provided the information I needed in a timely manner. The only issue we had was thathat the technician did not show up on the original scheduled date and we had to reschedule. They apologized & set up an appointment for the next day.
