Overall they did an average job but were not very thorough in cleaning the most difficult stains on my vinyl siding. The owner suggested that I could try getting them out with some special product by Crayola available at my local hardware store. What a slap in the face. The whole point of me hiring them was so that I didn't have to do it myself.  If he knew about a product that worked on tough stains then why isn't it part of his toolbox?  I wouldn't even care about being charged extra, I just wanted the job done right. He saw my concern and did not offer to fix it. Lastly, he wanted **cash only** which was a minor inconvenience.
