Jason's and Ryan's workmanship and professionalism were, from what I could tell, excellent. My only complaint (and I guess it's really not a minor one, considering...) is that they forgot to turn the hot water heater back on before they left, so we had no hot water that day until we figured out how to fix that ourselves.

From the quick response time to the bid request to accommodating our schedule and then great service ,this was one of the best contracting services we have ever hired! I have worked in the construction business for many years as an admin assistant so know what to expect. If we have any plumbing needs in the future we will definitely call Rudy's.

I've never had a huge plumbing problem but I have used a number of different plumbers in different cities I have lived in. Here, I always use Rudy's.

Rudy's seem surprised that I called them, given how far away they are from my home (25 miles). They hemmed and hawed a bit before deciding to take my work. The plumber arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He did mark up the newly painted walls in the bathroom and left without saying anything about it.
The bill was significantly higher than anticipated.
I'm not terribly dis-satisfied with their work, but I plan to try a different plumber in the future.

The plumber showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, and fixed our leak quickly and efficiently. The price was about what we'd expect. We'd definitely call them again. No complaints from us!

Leaks are tough to fix, but without additional cost, they kept coming back until source of the problem was discovered and fixed.
