I was halfway through a project to build a storage floor in the open attic area above my garage. My permit had expired, and when I went to renew, I was told the new code doubled the load specification. I discovered Mr. Rodriguez through the Service Magic website. He took the time to fully understand my issues and options before recommending the best solution of 'sistering' the joists I had already installed. The plans Mr. Rodriguez provided were approved by the City Building & Safety Department without any problems. I would not hesitate to call Mr Rodriguez again, and I strongly recommend him to others.

Mr. Rodriquez was prompt to the initial appointment on short notice. He performed a complete inspection of the property and compared to neigboring properties for the sake of completeness. He also took the time to explain in clear terms what was occurring at the property so communication was excellent. And finally, Mr. Rodriquez provided the deliverablle at the time promised.
