Joel was the first of the three contractor I spoke with. He is a gentleman ,seems to be very good at what he does. I feel very confident that I will be extremely satisfied with his work. He is very detailed and aim to please. My daugter wanted me to choose him and I fuly agreed.I am recommending Joel to my sister, who will have some work in the near future. Joel, you are the best.

Joel was the first contractor we met amongst 15 contractors. Our first meeting covered everything we wanted to do to the house including HVAC, siding, roofing, moving walls, replacing windows, new kitchen and bathroom, etc. Joel not only accommodated all of our needs on a tight budget but was never hesitant to go the extra mile to get the job done perfectly. It is very difficult to find a contractor who has integrity, honesty and pride nowadays. With Joel, we feel that he makes decisions based on what he would do with his own house. We are very lucky to be using Joel in helping us complete our vision on the biggest purchase of our lives.

Joel was very easy to reach by both telephone and email. Before starting, he identified several potential issues that we were able to address ahead of time. Besides demonstrating good craftsmanship, he also had an excellent aesthetic sense. He meticulously saw each detail through to the end. He also fixed and cleaned up a few other things that were not a part of our original proposal, including installing a baby gate for our son! We already plan to use him for another project.

We have had nothing but problems and delays. Repeat episodes of water leaking in from the roof, chimney and siding. He will not finish the job and will not issue refund for work not completed. Price is reasonable, but quality of work is far from excellent.

We will not do work in violation of Code and we will issue a contractual credit of $700 for an exterior door the customer has chosen to purchase and install by others, if & when the customer allows us to complete our contractual tasks in a manner which we know to be correct. The customer has chosen to cease all communication with us. We regret that we cannot satisfy this customer but will continue to make ourselves available to finish our work at their home. There are no leaks that we are aware of and no other money issues. We call them daily and would like to complete the project. All they need to do is answer the telephone.

I have never been more pleased with a contractor than I have been with Joel Nuss from Royce Custom Homes, Ltd. We needed our garage repaired or possibly torn down because we were concerned that we needed a C.O. Without my even asking him, Joel went down and researched the records, spent his own money, and found out that we had a C.O. after all. While some contractors may not show up on time, and fail to finish projects when promised, Joel showed up early and finished exactly when he said he would. The price he quoted me was more than reasonable and I cannot tell that the garage was ever damaged at all. I most highly recommend him.
