He under estimated the bid and had to add an additional $200 to project. His information on what weight chandelier could be hung and whether the fixture could be reinforced was wrong and caused me additional shipping fees to return and get back my original chandelier (after another electrician was able to reinforce the ceiling fixture). The chandelier he did hang was assembled incorrectly. After I contact him and informed him why it was hanging crooked, he would not assist me in correcting the problem and has been in incommunicado!
