I would rate them Five Stars Billy and his skilled crews at Royal Crown did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen, as well as repairing and painting the exterior of our home and pouring an extension to our concrete patio, all at very reasonable cost. Although we had an absolute deadline of New Year's weekend, Billy saw to it that our project was completed before Christmas. This was despite the project growing from simply replacing a couple of worn-out kitchen cabinets to removing a load-bearing wall and completely renovating our kitchen. We received many compliments from our house guests, who loved the new kitchen island, cabinets, gorgeous granite, and especially the special touch of a lighted stained glass window in the side of the refrigerator cabinet which serves as a unique night light. Billy was a willing participant in making my stained glass window idea a reality. My husband and I highly recommend Royal Crown for any home remodeling project, and we already have plans for additional projects to be done by Royal Crown in the future.

Bill Jr. and his crew did an excellent job, the only problem being that Billy was not there at completion and I had to wait a couple of days to get a couple minor changes made. While Bill Sr. was not always hovering over his phone waiting for me to call, he always answered my e-mails promptly and effectively. He willingly worked with me on a quote on further work that required exact wording for my mortgage company. Would I use them again? I already am!

Bill Lewis was great to work with. He made sure I was satisifed every step of the way. He completed my kitchen remodel in just over two weeks! Everything looks great! I have already recommended Royal Crown to a co-worker and I will be using them again for future projects.

I only rate them a 4 in customer service because of the measures I had to take to get them back out to fix the job. Yes, I would recommend them and would use them again.

This job was done as client requested. He had a deck that leaked. We sealed it and stopped all leaks. He called us and said that there was a small area that seemed lower and water puddled in this area. We told him we would send out a person to correct the small area this month. It was not an emergency and he said no problem when we had time to let him know. Our repairman scheduled the appointment and we fixed the low area. The client was polite and did not seem to mind waiting a coupla weeks as it was a minor detail.

We had Royal Crown build us a small back deck, and were very happy with our project. Thank you!

I originally contacted “Service Magic” to secure a contractor for repairs and replacement of wood that had been damaged by termites and wood rot. Because the major damage was under my raised deck (60ft.X10ft.), it was important that I secure a contractor that had a structural engineering license. Royal Crown was the first contractor to respond. I had just pushed the send button and within seconds, Mr. William Lewis Sr. was ringing my phone. That impressed me right off. I became more impressed after I explained the work I wanted to contract for and he explained that his son,’ “William “Billy” Lewis, had certifications and licenses in various areas of construction, repair, remodel and building homes. Billy Lewis came by to discuss the work I needed that same day. What impressed me the most about Billy was that as I showed him the damaged areas and projects; he would describe what had caused the problem, and in intricate detail tell me how he would correct the issue. At times he would quote the code for how the work should/would be repaired. It was Billy’s solutions/recommendations to prevent the return of the problems that sold me on his skills. He recommended a waterproof deck sealing system that would resolve my issue for the next 30 years. Billy made what I felt were major problems appear as simple issues because of his overall knowledge and skills. When you call Billy, he picks up on the first ring and is always pleasant and eager to please his customer. Every item in my contract was done to my utmost satisfaction. Billy made sure that I was totally satisfied with everything that he did. He truly understands customer satisfaction. He stays on top of the job, keeps the customer informed, and works in a fast and efficient manner. I would recommend the “Royal Crown” Company and Billy Lewis for any project you might need. There is no job he can’t do and I can’t wait to have him do some more projects/remodels on my home.

Royal Crown is the best! I will use them again for other projects and would highly recommend them to others. They are polite, effecient, and provide outstanding service with quality work. I can't say enough about them.

I had a leak show up when the rains came and it was caused by the way the new deck was installed. The did correct the problem however on my first request. The deck looks good and was completed quickly.

Everything was completed in a timely, well organized manner with minimum additional input from me. Royal Crown was very accomodating in working with Insurance adjusters schedule.
