I just wanted to say that Sal from Royal Comfort A/C & Heating in Riverside, CA did an excellent job of repairing our A/C unit. We just moved to Riverside, CA from New Zealand and the A/C unit started acting up a few days after we arrived. I found your web site and made a request for help. Shortly thereafter we received a phone call from Sal and he was able to locate and repair the problem very quickly. Given the stress of moving and the fact we are still waiting for our household goods to arrive it was very nice to have this job done so professionally. I had hired another service to repair my furnace. After one month of minimal service, I hired Sal. He checked out my situation, told me my options. I told him I had a very limited budget. He gave me a figure that was amazing, stuck to it in spite of unforseen problems, spent the whole day, and at the end I had a new furnace, functioning air conditioning, and unending gratitude to a man whose work ethic and trustworthiness is a rarity these days! I have already told all my friends to call him first.

I was in the market to find a new AC and Furnace. I had done my research to compare manufacturer's, warranties, features and what would be important to look at when interviewing a service provider. Sal asked wanted to know what was important to me and the problems I was experiencing with my current unit. I have a split unit. Price, manufacturer warranties, features and so forth. He spent a good deal of time on our first visit and subsequent phone calls thereafter answering all my questions before I committed to the purchase. His team of installers are professionals, on time, efficient and considerate of my home. It was a great install.

Sal was very friendly, informative and professional. He showed up late in the evening as a courtesy to me - I really appreciated that. He looked at the sysem, gave me my options and then charged my system. His service call charge was well below his competitors and was a pleasant surprice. I would higihly recommend Sal - a good guy!
