Mr. Piez arrived early and worked tirelessly during the prep of the walls and the actual painting. He finished the agreed upon job the in less than a day and did such an excellant price job we hired him to do additional work on a subsequent day. He is an excellant painter and a true professional. He is reasonably priced and we will reccomend to family and friends. A 5 star rating is warranted for his work in preparation, (walls and protection of items and area not being painted), the painting itself and clean up. A true professional.

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
Mr. Piez, did a great job cleaning my gutters. He was honest in telling me that the gutter in the front of the house did not need cleaning. The gutters are old and the nails are coming loose so he put the nails back in its place. He cleaned the gutters in the back of the house but did not run water to ascertain if there down spout were clear of clutter. However, his work is guarantee if there is anything wrong he is only one call away. Mr. Piez is professional, honest, and friendly. In overall, I am satisfied with the service Mr. Piez provided. Thank you.

Looking in the gutter and tapping the down spout will give a hollow sound if it is not clogged. No need to flush with water.

Project: Powerwash Exterior Surfaces
Very prompt with follow up, and did a good job on time. This is a rental house so I wasn't aware that the flower bed stones were black with mildew. I wish he would of called and asked if I wanted them cleaned while he was pressure washing the house. When I got to the house, it was so nice and clean, and then you see the black flower bed borders, and it took away from the clean look.

Project: Remove Wallpaper
Arrived on time and ready to go. Wallpaper removed, took care as to not damage walls. Glue did not come completely off, some sanding was done although was messy. Plastic was not used, only basic taping was done prior to work being done. Agreed upon price, but was not a deal for work that was done. Attempted to cover up wallpapered area with Killz, did not work. I ended up having to have walls spackled, sanded, textured by another contractor. Only then the walls were ready to have primed and painted by the second contractor.

Dust created by faulty vacuum provided by customer as the vacuum did not have a filter in it.i always try to do my best.

Roy painted my master bedroom and a small bath. The price was right and Roy did an excellent job . Hoping to hire him again in the Spring to paint some other rooms.

I did notice a few places that the paint didn't cover completely; however, I couldn't really blame Roy as our home was a little dark during certain times of the day. Roy was very prompt and did what we wanted. He got the job done as promised.

Roy is an excellent painter. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to the smallest details. The colors all came out beautiful. He finished ahead of schedule and was able to take on an additional paint request from us. His price is fair and well worth every penny. He did an amazing job!
