Mr. Roy Dedeic submitted an outstanding proposal to correct a foundation defect. He is a true professional who accurately assessed how the step-by-step repair should be performed. His direct field supervision with the contractor following the plan prevented collapse of exterior brick veneer and/or other catastrophe. New concrete footings have been installed. Unsuitable soil was removed from some dug-out footing holes and extra concrete poured at no additional charge. The crew worked efficiently and finished the project early and successfully!

he was great talking but when it came down to the actual report it took him far longer then he said it would. the report is great but i wish he had communicated the delay better. i would have to call him for a status and at one point he threaten not to do the report.

Spent the majority of the time speaking about the structural issue he was hired for - to an unexpected guest in my house rather than me (the owner). And, it was made clear that I was the owner. This was really weird. There is no doubt regarding technical competence. So if that is all you care about, probably a good choice.

Roy was great. What impressed me was the fact that he was professionally dressed and had to look inside of a crawlspace which he jumped in to do despite wearing a white shirt and slacks. He was thorough, energetic and explained everything to us. His structural report was satisfactory to us. We recommend him to all.
