Dave Routt, his foreman John, and workers were great! They communicated well through all aspects of the job; I would recommend anyone give them the opportunity to bid.

First to bid, reasonable pricing, came when they said and did a great job. They listened to my needs and were open to changes. You couldn't ask for better.

It was a pleasure to work for this homeowner. The increase in price was due to dry rot repair. Unfortunately at times this cannot be seen until the roof area is torn off. We do try to keep the price as close to the estimate as possible and to estimate the dry rot repair in advance.

Very knowledgeable and professional. During the inspection, a previous repair done incorrectly was noted and fixed. Very satisfied and will use Routt Roofing when it comes time to put a new roof on.
