Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Rossi flooring did a great job refinishing our existing wood flooring and installing more wood flooring in our upstairs hallway. I was very impressed by his professionalism from start to finish. Initially, he came with all his business licenses and insurance proof and really made us feel that he was a seasoned expert. His crew worked diligently with the supervision of Mrs. Rossi who insured "quality control" throughout the project. The job was completed in a timely manner (actually ahead of schedule) All in all a job well done. We will be contacting Rossi for any further flooring needs that arise!

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
BEWARE! Do not pay until you see the work and the job is complete and satisfactory! To this day 4+ weeks after Rossi felt our floor refinishing job was complete no call back. This was a big job that should have taken at least 3 days minimum (quoted by all others and Rossi). They rushed through and finished the job if you want to call it that in 12 hours! The job left much to be disired and several things incomplete and/or not right! We called them right away the day we could actually see the job went over things that needed improvement or were just not done and they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. Really! BEWARE!

they did very nice work as the floors were in tough shape. I have some small nits, but not sure how reasonable they are given the starting condition of our floors. Very responsive, great to work with.

Had problems with the staff and job Rossi did on my wood floor. They had to come back 4 times to do the job in a somewhat acceptable fashion. They didn't put the oil stain far enough under the fridge and then covered it with water based sealant instead of oil based like the rest of the floor. The workers just wanted to rush out so it took a conversation with the owner to get the floor to look a little better.

Had my dining room and living room refinished. The floors look great. they were quick, kept the dust down, and were very professional. It cost less than I thought it would, and Armand & Sharon were easy to work with.

pleasant. fair priced. arrived for estimate on time and to do job on time. it included repair to old flooring which was done well as was the sanding- NO DUST- stain and poly finish. it would have been 5 stars but the odor lingers much more from the oil based polyurethane than i imagined it would. next job i'll plan a vacation after they leave! :)
