They did the best job they could using the tile that I selected. They were very responsive when it came to some minor things that needed to be finished and the completed the work in a timely manner. One advice I would give to people looking at tile is to be very selective on the type of tile, if you want a smooth surface not all tiles come in the same thickness.

Ross kept us informed about what and when work was going to be done. He always let us know if there were any schedule changes. We were very pleased with his work and he was pleasant to work with.
