His staff was friendly, worked hard, made sure everything was done to perfection and always cleaned up afterwards. The end result was better than we imagined, we love the stamping. Gave a fair quote and helped us map out the dimensions and finish that would best suite our needs and space. Work was completed on time, as promised. Payments were made in partial and final was not requested until work was completed and when we were able to give our approval. They also worked with the village to get the required inspection completed before the final pour so we did not need to be present for inspection. Professional team that left the the balance of the yard in perfect shape. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Full payment was made by customer only after final inspection was completed by the village of Elgin. The only part that was not finished was the top layer of brick on a seat wall, because it was an extra layer of brick not approved by the homeowners association. At no additional cost to the customer. The top layer has not been glued due to a homeowners association approval, and weather conditions. Customer was called back, there was no answer, so a message was left. Final payment is never taken by Rosenthal Concrete Inc. until final village inspection has been approved.
