The work was done to my satisfactory. The Rosenthal's were very kind and friendly. The carpets looked good. I wasn't sure if the machine would do a good job, but everything was clean. I didn't ask the question about what type of machine they used, so was a little surprised at the machine. They were very concerned that I was satisfied.

They did a very thorough job without direction (I was at work). Their rates are affordable. I will have them back for occasional cleaning. THEY DO WINDOWS!
