The initial finish wasn't ideal but Rory returned two days later and made it perfect. No questions asked and was happy to do it.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
I was disapointed in the fact that the transition from carpet to cedar was not part of the floor installation! As a result of what they 'did not do' I had to bring in a plumber to re-install the toilets and have a carpet person install a strip to marry the carpet to the cedar in the closet. IIt is my opinion that an installion should include all aspects of the floor installation - including transitions to the other floors. Other than that, the floors look great (2 bathrooms of Bamboo and Cedar in a walkin closet), Shirley Allen

Rory and his team were very fast, knowledgeable and dependable. They told us exactly what they were going to be doing, how long it was going to take and answered any of our questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is wanting there floors refinished. My floors look amazing, they were able to get out the hard stains on the floors. I am so happy with them. Thank you for doing such an excellent job on my floors.
