Mike did the replacement on the hot water heater. Was very nice,professional and wanted me to understand everything. Covered the floors....I just can't say enough good about him. In this day and age to have someone come to your house and be so nice and mannerly, clean up after themselves and be there the next morning, and I called the previous night? geesh...they were wonderful! Though the estimate for the water heater install was a little high, I was satisfied with the work done. The service manager ordered the heater I wanted and scheduled a Saturday appointment. The technician arrived a little late but did an excellent job of installing the heater, removing the old one, and leaving the work area clean.
