Excellent experience. I've never had to hire a plumber before and I was concerned that some may be like the mechanics that take you for a ride, but Root Away Sewer & Drain was extremely quick to respond, punctual and thorough in the job they did. I'm very please that I gave my business to them.

This team was great. Not only did I get a direct time, but they were on time! Technician knew his job better than anyone I had talked to before, including a plumber I had work the same job 6 mos before. Fixed the big problem very fast, and with any other plumber would have taken all day just to figure out the problem (flapper in hidden trap in secondary line). Thanks guys, and thanks for sending the rating link, I couldn't find a direct link to do so on the site.
