Project: Install or Replace a Shower
Our project may have been a bit unique in the sense that it was for a shower in a home that we recently purchased & do not currently reside in. So RFI was free to extend the project as he saw fit. There were some complications with resources but Bill handled them all professionally & delivered us a beautiful, first class product. I highly recommend RFI and would be happy to share pictures of our beautiful shower with anyone that is interested in contracting with Bill.

Room for Improvement was my second estimate. When Bill arrived and looked at my sliding doors, he said my doors were in good condition and only needed sliding rollers. His worker returned a few days later to replace the rollers and do minor repairs to my wall where it had become wet. He returned again a few days later to complete the job. We were very satisfied with the work and also that we saved hundreds of dollars that we would have spent on new doors had he not been honest enough to tell us that the doors were fine.

The only problem has been that he didn't have any clips to cllip the screens in place. So that bugs are still coming in, and he said he'll drop those by, but he didn't. So I called him, he said he'll be back this week, and he has not been back yet. So maybe he just doesn't have the clips, but I kind of need them.
