The process was quick and painless. She arrived, I chose, we ordered, I payed, they installed. And that was that. Everything went just as she promised. I priced around and she was $200.00 dollars less that another guy on this site! I am very pleased and I feel that they are still there to help me if I were to have a problem with my blinds. It is a family owned business and I recommend them highly.
