Excellent and Outstanding. Nathan does what he says he is going to do and makes sure it is done right. I had interviewed many contractors (some with Service Magic) before I found Nathan. Nathan came to my home, he was on time, he was so polite and had my estimate to me within 24 hours. Nathan gave me ideas I never even thought of. I am so please with Rooks Brothers I will be using them from here on. I also am pleased with Service Magic. Thank you for all your help and calling me with Nathan's number.

Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings

Nathan is a great guy to work with. He explained everything that was being done. I had him remove a metal spiral staircase and build stairs to a loft in a condo. Nathan showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. The stairs are great and well made. I am going to have him work on another loft unit in another condo I own.

Excellent service! Nathan explained the process verbally and in a written quote, he worked the project from start to finish with his crew. The craftsmanship and cleanliness was great and the job was finished within the stated time frame.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors

I was so impressed with Nathan from begining to end. He came and gave me a great explination of what needed to be done. When he told me he would have a quote for me that evening he had it to me that evening and even called to let me know he sent it. The work he did was done quickly and with great skill. The door he replaced looked amazing and he did a wonderful job on our windows. We will absolutly use the Rooks Brothers in the future they do a great job. I have used contractors in the past and no one provided the high level of customer service and sense of urgencey that Nathan did.
