Had 10-yr-old asphalt roof cleaned of moss and lichen, gutters cleaned. The sent a person out to measure and inspect the roof, and provide a quote. Price was lower than other quotes. I checked with their office to confirm they use only low pressure spray and proper chemicals. Crew of one arrived on schedule, reviewed the job with me, performed as discussed. Professional and friendly. Good clean-up--cleaning second-story gutters can be messy. Even reported back to me on the condition of my roof and second story siding (no loose or damaged shingles observed). Wood siding along roof edges was also cleaned and rinsed per my request.

They were very professional, used a ladder to string the lights (so they did not have to drive on the yard). Were able to ensure a light at each peak. Did a lovely job and I will use them in the future.

The technician seems to have done a thorough job and they did contact me immediately for the work. The original price quote was different than the second estimate but they said they would honor the original quote. I am to receive the invoice in the mail.

Roof-to-Deck does awesome work and my deck looks great BUT they are unorganized and do not listen to instructions. I repeatedly told them that they were working on a rental property so I did not want them knocking on the door or bugging my tenants. The 1st day they were knocking on their door. I also asked for 24 hours notice before they powerwashed which they did not and ended up flooding my basement. Once I informed them of the problem they did nothing to offset the fact I spent hours cleaning cleaning up the mess.
