Review by Robert S.in Plainfield, IL Project: Powerwash Exterior Surfaces
Disceptive advertising. Did not brush the soap on the house as they said they would, which was the reason we choose this company, as they are more expensive than their competition. They simply hosed our 2-story house down from the ground, never even got up on a ladder. Did not cover our electrical outlets either, which caused a short in our electrical, costing us an electrician as well. We certainly DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR!

Review by a customerin Chicago, IL Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
this was a gutter cleaning project, and I did inform the company they needed a 50 ft. ladder. The worker showed up without the ladder but rigged up a harness system from the roof and proceeded to clean all the gutters by hand, and then dragged up his water hoses and did a great job flushing out all the downspouts. He bagged all the debris, not a leaf left anywhere. They were on time and did all the work to my complete satisfaction.

The information provided by their DVD was very informative and helpful in choosing this company. Their estimate was very detailed in providing step by step processing.
The staff was very helpful in answering all our questions. There was some delay in getting the job started due to weather conditions. The company set a crew out even though it was going to rain so they could get started to power wash the deck.
The crew that can out to stain the deck did a through job to insure they did not damage the area around the deck.
We were very satisfied with the results and will use them again.

Took awhile to get the job done because of the weather. Deck stain seemed light and did not cover the deck very well. Bart communicates via email and if you do not check your messages frequently you will lose time on valuable communication.

Review by Jesse T.in South Holland, IL Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
The cleaning crew did not properly strip the deck flooring of the old stain. In addition, the employee who came out to stain the deck flooring was critical of the company's cleaning crew stating that they should have sand the wood down to make the surface smooth. Essentially the person staining the deck flooring stained over visible old stain. The deck flooring looks terrible.

Review by a customerin Northbrook, IL Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
The overall job was very good and the deck looks very good as well. However, their promotional material states that they use a low pressure stripping technique that does not damage the wood. Clearly that is not the case as the "nap" of the wood was raised in many areas that required sanding at my request. I would have appreciated the sanding step given greater attention. Prep is everything in any painting/finishing job. Still, they competed the job in a timely manner, and I am happy with the result and would recommend them.
