However, we had issues with what was written in the contract. When finishing up the job, we called to their attention that they neglected the flat portion of our roof. The contract stated "install rubber on the flat portion of the roof". They said it wasn't needed for that portion was made of galvanized steel. After some heated arguments, the contractor installed the rubber only after we agreed to pay the labor (they said this wasn't included in their estimate). They also damaged our neighbors window. Delay of work schedule was due to bad weather. Great price in times of hardship, so far no leaks found and I hope none in the future. I will recommend to my friends (roofing, siding & more). Just one tiny comment they throw away my gutter screen, now I have to climb up there and clean it!.
