Roof Works

They were prompt and they completed the project throughly. My roofs height is unique and they adjusted without any effort. They did and excellent job cleaning out my gutters.

I am satisfied with most aspects of the job....however, there were a few concerns (1) the installation of the roof included some warped shingles that had been laid over the peaks of the roof a week before installation and therefore they did not lie flat yet. 2nd, we had requested an estimate on our other home (much smaller) and we never received an estimate.

The work was done efficiently and quickly (one hour). The cost of the job was higher than I anticipated.

I was not pressured into anything. I set more than one appointment for that date and Roof Works was running late and called me to let me know while I was also on route. Lonnie was very professional and took his time to explain what caused the issue. The other Roofing Company had given me my estimate and gone. They made up my mind for me.

I would NEVER recommend this company. They have yet to return a phone call, even about when they were going to come out to start on the roof. I was woken up on a Saturday by people tearing my roof off. When we called to see what was going on since we hadn't heard from them, they acted impatient, like we were bothering them. They drove a truck through my neighbor's yard and tore up a huge chunk of grass. We called the office about it, and they said they did us a favor by coming out on a saturday. We still need repairs done and we STILL haven't heard back from them. It's been 3 weeks. I'm really disappointed.

All our communication was with the husband and I personally set the installation on a particular Saturday per his request. Customer did not have a driveway and allowed us (with discount) to drive in yard for accessiblity. After installation and during the walk thru with their salesman the customers had 3 items for us to correct before final payment was made. On 11/23/2010 we were out and corrected those issues for the customers satisfaction. The very next day our representative went back out to show that the 3 items were completed and they paid the contract in full. We have not heard of any further issues from this customer.

Due to the record setting snow, we had an emergency and they came out quickly and fixed it.

1. Short time frame 2. Completed within promised time 3. So far, no complain (Good job) 4. Smart/Nice salesman (superb) 5. Reasonable price

The work was done on time and the estimate given was correct. I did have to contact the company to get a copy of my warranty.

They came and gave me an estimate and then we scheduled a time for them to start work. Price was fair but workers left trash in my yard and did not clean up after job. Also, they only garanteed their work for two months instead of a year or more. I don't see anymore leaks as of yet, but will keep you in the loop.

We try and warranty all our work, even repairs where most companies do not. Our installers have a check system to ensure safety and cleanliness on all jobs. Without immediate feedback from customers and a quality check we have no way to correct the issues.
