Roof-Top M.D. is a fully insured, locally owned non-pressure, soft-washing service committed to extending the longevity and appearance of a roof through the removal of mold, algae, lichen and mildew. Our company uses a unique, manufacturer-approved procedure to safely remove unsightly streaks and discoloration and prevent future organism growth. The exterior cleaning and restoration process is also highly effective on siding, decks and concrete. Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction and sustain a trusting relationship with home and business owners by guaranteeing professional, reliable service at an honest price. Roof Cleaning Institute of America roof cleaning contractors only use chemicals approved by the ARMA* Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association and do not use pressure on your shingles. RCIA roof cleaning contractors also provide our customers with technical bulletins directly from Asphaltroofing.org and shingle manufacturers.

This is the BEST service I have ever seen! The price is more than fair. Michael sets up an appointment and is ON TIME. Keeps his word. Is NEAT AND CLEAN. The job far exceeded our expectations! I cannot say enough about this new concept of cleaning a house and SAVING a roof from having to be replaced! THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF.... He is a pleasure to have around! MY HOUSE LOOKS NEW!!!! One thing that we loved is he is in NO HURRY. He takes his sweet time to make sure YOU are happy! Michael is like no other contractor we have ever had in the last 12 years! He is top knotch and knows his job!

Very friendly and punctual. Did a good job and explained the pros and cons well. Slightly expensive but worth the investment.

I climbed and cleaned almost 3 story roof. We, myself and my helped also cleaned siding, vinyl fence. I also noticed a part of their roof that was unfinished by another contractors “repair” brought it to the homeowner attention and fixed it. All for just $829.25 including tax. Very reasonable I think. The best part about Service Magic is you can shop for the best price.

I first cale Pj fitzpatric for an estimate and was quoted $1200 dollars and they discounted it down to $900.!I paid $294 with tax and it looks fantastic.!Dont be fooled by the upsell of some placeces.I would only deal with service pros professionals.!Thanks for rejuvinating my home at a fantastic price!

Mike was wonderful! He got back to me right away and met me exactly when he promised. My roof was covered with moss and other things growing and destroying - it now looks like a new roof despite being 28 years old. Mike also removed all the ivy that was taking over my home and he 'threw in" some sidewalk cleaning. The price was more than reasonable, the work was done surprisingly quickly and the results are remarkable. Now, when I'm driving around town, I have an urge to leave Roof Top MD flyers at homes whose roof needs help. You will not be disappointed when you hire Roof Top MD.
