They do not promptly return calls. They strung all of my lights and left my property without telling me there was an electrical problem. So, I went outside, to see my new lights, and nothing would work. It would have been nice to know so that I could address it and actually get what I paid for. They also NEVER put up a garland that I ordered and kept saying, "it will be here any day. " It never arrived. This year, the third year of the contract, they never even contacted me leading up to the holiday. After Thanksgiving I received a phone call saying they could schedule me.
