Roof Stain Removers is an exterior cleaning company specializing in Soft Wash roof cleaning and house washing. We also brighten gutters, clean out gutters and downspouts, and install gutter guards. Additionally, we clean and restore cedar shake roofs. Soft Washing is a much gentler technique than pressure washing. Instead of relying on brute force to remove algae & mold, soft washing employs detergents at a pressure of less than 100psi. This is the roof cleaning method recommended by ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association). Roof Stain Removers is certified by the RCIA (Roof Cleaning Institute of America) and PRCA (Professional Roof Cleaners Association) and we are also a member of the Wilmington Apartment Association. We have a $2,000,000 general liability insurance policy and a workers compensation policy. Roof Stain Removers will be happy to handle all of your exterior cleaning needs. Very friendly and professional. However, if need dirt and grit out, recommend regular pressure washing not soft wash. Not impressed with a soft wash.
