Project: Build a Garage
Seeing as how this was Rons first job like this, I think he did well. Ron is a very nice person and the for the most part the people he hired to perform this work all did their part well. Although there were a couple of instances where we disagreed, Ron stuck to the Contract the we had signed and got the work done. As I said Ron is a good person and I would recomend to anyone who is wanting to build a garage.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Mr. Dunaway is very knowlegable in kitchen remodeling. He is very detailed orientated and hires very professional workers. I would recommend him to potential customers. I would however prefer more contact with mr. Dunaway when jobs are being completed.

the man came out and looked over the house for a estimate ,he charged me $675.00 for just the estimate. the eatimate was for over $41,000.00 and I had another contractor give me an estimate and charged me $100.00 for the estimate ,and was willing to do the work for $17,000

Project: Hire a Handyman
In the beginning I thought highly of Ron and his team. There were 2 parts to the work we wanted done. First was to install a flood light and electrical receptacles in our basement. This part went well but took a while to get started. Part 2 was to have window well covers installed. Because of limited space here I will just say this project was agreed to probably in Oct. and sits today less then 25% finished. Ron promised to have it done by 1/1/09. No calls from him - it appears he abandoned the project. There have been plenty of good weather days that could have been taken advantage of. Now I have snow and dead critters in my wells

First of I take total responsibility for this project not completed however the weather has had a play in this I plan on calling home ownner and geting this done in a timely manner to the best of my ability. Ron Dunaway

Ron and his staff were prompt, couteous, and very efficient. They did an excellent job.
