They called me around 7pm and came out within the 1/2 hour. They ound out that it was not my electrical system but it was DWP issue. He was very helpful in telling me what the problem was and what to say to DWP when I called them to come out to the house. Thanks Ron Edison for your help, I will use you in the future.

They showed exactly on time. Gave a complete estimate. Then completed the repairs in a short time. Very clean work. They are really good contractors. We will use them in the future.

Ron arrived on time. It was a very small job, and he completed it quickly. I was impressed that he cleaned up after ther job.

He showed up and fixed my two non-functioning outlets, explaining everything he did while he he was doing it. When he couldnt fix the 3 way switch for our hallway light because there is a problem with the wires in the walls, he didnt even charge us for the time he spent trying to figure it out, since he couldnt fix it! He was very knowledgable and efficient...overall a very good experience, I would defintiely call them again!

Ron came evaluated and got started almost immediately....gave us options for upgrades which we did not purchase....and he did what we asked for the current repairs.....even earlier than anticipated.....We are pleased with the work and the results.....
