Project: Install Sod
The old grass was not all killed and has spread after sodding. Numerous weeds came with the topsoil and the sod and we remove them by hand continuously. Took a long time for the sod to take hold.

they did a really good job and were very fast and went above our expectations when they fixed the extra holes in our fence. Very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Very Disappointed, received no follow-up, n did not get everything i was quoted in the estimate. First, he forgot to tell his worker that his quote included a new lattice door, so he just hammered my broken lattice door back together, with old broken wood pieces that fell from broken door & left the door latch broke(n still chargd $60 for door). The paint guy did a very POOR paint job. The painter missed a whole lot of spots, left paint on my eletrical lights post, all on my grass, bushes, and ladder. They agreed to come back to fix mistakes, but still did NOT fix 99% of problems when came back. NEVER saw or heard from Ron again. POOR service

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Exterior Surfaces
This is not enough space to write my entire review, so here is a short version of it: -Ron purchased a wrong (cheaper) band of paint (he never apologized, or offered a discount) -We did not seen him at all once his solo worker started working on the project -We did not hear from him once payments were made -Would I recommend him to my friend and co-workers? ... maybe not.

Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
Working with Ron and his team was a great experience. It's always a little uneasy starting a home project with a new contractor. But, Ron thoroughly explained all the details and estimated costs. He made us feel comfortable with trusting him and his team to complete the work. Most importantly, Ron was very prompt and professional throughout the project. Ron is a very nice person and great to work with. The work and craftmanship on the deck is impeccable and so much more than we expected. The stone patio adds beauty to our terrace. We're definitely satisfied customers and will be using Ron again for more home projects.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
He was very nice, family oriented, his worker worked very hard to complete my job in the shortest time possible. He went out of his way to find some supplies that I couldn't find myself. However, his worker broke my sliding glass door, and it didn't get fixed or replaced because Ron knew that I was also contracting him to replace the door with a french patio door. I am most upset that glass chunks and shards and trash from the worker's lunch was left lying around my house. The glass is dangerous, especially with my dogs coming in and out of that door every day. Also, the gaping hole is not energy efficient or safe.
