At Rombach Personalized Cleaning we believe that housecleaning is best approached as a personalized endeavor. Actually, your house IS unique from everyone else's, and has specific requirements to make it look its best. This is why most callers choose us. We aim to have one person in charge of cleaning your house (two people if you have a large house). This person will be your regular cleaner, and will show up like clockwork on your regularly scheduled days, at the regularly scheduled time. If your regular cleaner cannot make it, we try to have another person who can fill in so you don't have to go without a cleaning. (We know that skipping a cleaning can be annoying!) Or, you can opt to wait for your regular cleaner. Though it states we started in 2010, Linda started in St. Charles in 1999. The service was excellent....very professional, but also friendly. It was my first experience with a cleaning company, but it surely isn't my last one. Due to health issues, my house had suffered. Now I truly have a "home" again. Thanks to Autumn and Heather

Rombach was very helpful helping me find other contractors to help with my job. They were also flexible to come back when I requested. However, the job was not the quality I hoped for. The area along the walls were not vaccumed, the bathroom floor had some debris on it.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
The parts of the home that were cleaned were cleaned well; however they really did not clean everything. I had requested a deep clean of my whole house, but they failed to clean most of the mirrors, did very little in the basement, and overall just said they were out of time once 4 hours had passed, even though the person I had scheduled it with had told me it would likely take 6 hours to complete the cleaning (apparently he only scheduled the cleaner at our house for 4 hours, so even though she really wasn't done, she left after 4 hours).

I'm so sorry she wasn't happy! I did to follow up, but never heard back from her. When my cleaning lady arrived at the home, she requested I send someone to help her (after seeing the condition). I sent another cleaner to help her out, who stayed and additional 1.5 hours. We spent a total of 6.5 man hours at the home between the two girls. As for the basement, it was under construction, so they did what they could. We strive for 5 stars every time, if you are not satisfied, we will be happy to send someone out again to make it right, free of charge!

Autumn was very efficient and took great care in handling my elderly Aunt's collectibles and ensuring they were replaced exactly as they were before cleaning. She was friendly and chatted easily with us but never slacked off in her work while talking. We were impressed with her professional approach while also showing concern for my Aunt's preferences. Although she was slightly late in arriving, my Aunt was notified by phone of her delay. Would definitely refer this company to friends.
