Wonderful experience. He did a great job and was very prompt, courteous and professional. I asked him to do some additional work that was not part of the original bid and he was able to do it to our satisfaction.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
I was entrusted to complete a concrete pad for a friend working in Thailand so he could continue a brick barbecue project when he returned. I found Roman Exterior Improvements through Service Magic while doing Google searches for concrete contractors. I met Steve Cook at the job site and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He made recommendations on completing the project while limiting costs. His quote was reasonable and in line with what I expected. Steve and his son came out and completed the project within a week. Their work is first rate. I can't wait for my friend to return and see the result.

The work was of exceptional quality! Steve and Roman went above code in every aspect in building our screen porch. The fit and finish is excellent, the quality and strength is outstanding. Communication was key in getting every detail just right for us. They are gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. They will be my first call for any future projects! I heartily recommend them!
