Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
I had the problem with the furnace and was afraid to be left with out heat, asked Roman Electric to come over on the same day as I called. They came after hours and stayed until the job was completed. Did do a great job and gave me estimates for future job that I plan to do. Very pleasant and courteous.

This should be 5 stars. I am actually amending my previous rating. Roman Electric is great - when you can get them to show up. Very disappointing. Roman Electric did the first wave of work at my house and it was fantastic. However subsequent projects, including finishing the first job - Mike has never come back. Despite calls and conversations, he has not come back. I can understand and appreciate someone being busy, but when you tell someone you are going to start on a certain day, don't show up and never follow up - it has to be bad for business. Too bad. I wanted Roman Electric to be someone I could depend on. It is apparent I can't.

This was my second time contracting Roman Electric. This is a great set of guys to work with. They're clean, polite, very understanding and they do a fantastic job. I'll be requesting Roman do all my electric work from now on.

Roman Electric came quickly and efficiently installed the weather head that was damaged after the storm. They even were willing to clear up all the damaged branches. They were courteous, reasonablly priced and timely. The work was very well done. We plan to use them again.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
$600.00 was much higher than I expected for the repair of our home air conditioner, and as I was given no estimate or forewarning, I felt that I had no option but to pay this amount in full. If I had been told in advance, I could have had a second opinion or chosen to go without it for the summer until I could afford it.
