The installers were quick, however I was quite disappointed in how messy they were and the condition they left the inside and outside in. I did have to have them come back when they left caulk all over my newly painted deck. They did come back to clean up but there was still caulk left behind from their shoes. Each room has residue left on the rugs, furniture inside and out that they moved was not put back. After completion, one of the windows had a large scratch on it and i guess i am having a hard time believing the installer did not see this during installation. They are replacing the glass, still waiting on delivery.

Rolox Home Center bent over backwards to secure financing that would fit our budget and the installation was done way beyond our expectations. Salesman fine; windows received and installed promptly. I just wish they had explained better how the new windows would fit in the house compared to the old windows. Crew that installed windows were courteous, efficient nice guys. Windows have 50 year warranty on windows and installation.

The quality is outstanding, and looks like the warranty is as good as any but the price was too much to justify doing for the house , the heatting bills are not high enough to make the money ever pay off the cost to do the windows....
