Project: Renovate or Repair a Home

My project was complicated, and had a number of delays and unexpected design changes. My contractor, Luis Saldana, was always ready to work with me to come up with reasonable, cost-effective solutions to my problems. There were many change orders involving work with was not specified in the original contract, and he NEVER took advantage of me by jacking up prices for change orders. He always charged me a fair price for the work done. He also kept me well informed about when the various subs would be on site. When I had a complaint he always took care of it quickly and cheerfully. I definitely plan to use him again for future projects.

RSFM did an excellent job with my bathroom remodel. I had a tight time schedule, which they said they could meet and they did. Crews were at my house every day, Monday through Saturday while the work was in progress, and the tile subcontractors were sometimes there until 8:00 or 9:00 at night to complete the project on time. They project manager called me at lease once each day to update me on the progress and advise as to what would happen the next day. The quality of the work is wonderful. They also cleaned up the area very well. I plan to use this company to remodel my kitchen next.

I would like to start off by saying my master bath turned out great. The people I dealt with were more than professional. They took as much time as I needed to fully understand every process. They were there from the selection of tile to the color of paint we choose. We had a few last minute ideas and they were more then flexible and guranteed satisfaction. My wife and I are already wondering which part of the house they will be doing next. Thanks RSFM!!!

Very professional work and workers. RSFM turned my humdrum master bath into a spa retreat. They had a clear cut contract with itemized pricing that made it easy to work with. RSFM did an EXCELLENT job of paying attention to detail and persistent in making the work right. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using RSFM again in the future.

Project: Stone Slab Countertops - Install (Granite, Marble, Slate, Quartz, etc)

A supervisor was on site at all times. No problems with changes or questions and was available by cell at any time. Returned calls promptly and politely. Quality of work meet my expectations or went above them. Will use them again for future projects small or large. Very versatile and can do it all!
