Project: Hire a Handyman
We’ve worked with contractors and handymen before but never have we had such a pleasant experience as we had with Albert Roland of Roland Remodeling. Albert was very prompt in contacting us and patiently waited, as we requested, for the holidays to end before setting up an appointment for the estimate. We explained to him that we wanted to put our house on the market and would like to do so as quickly as possible. We also wanted the job as affordable as possible. He had his bid back to us in just three days and we were extremely pleased with the price he quoted us. We set a date to look at flooring, tile and paint colors and he began the work the very next day. Albert works efficiently, has great suggestions as to how to make things even better, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us prepare our home for sale. We still have the kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms to paint and we know we can depend on Albert to complete the work quickly and carefully. The only problem we will now have is this; the house is now so beautiful, do we really want to sell and move or stay here? Another reason we are glad we found Albert. We now know we have someone we can depend on when we have problems or questions come up with either this house or another. We know that he is fair, has an old fashioned work ethic which you don’t find much anymore, and is a very pleasant person to be around.

Project: Hire a Handyman
I was extremely pleased with Albert Roland. He assessed the work I needed done-gave me an istimated time of how long it would take to complete it and came back in a very timely manner to do the job. His charges are reasonable and the work he did was great. He, himself, is very personable. I intend to call him again the next time I need service.
