Roger was very nice and came out on time. I hired him to clean out the dryer vent. His price was very good. The dryer vent was not completely cleaned out. When I called him the next day to ask him to come back out, he said that he was injured and there was no one who could complete my job properly. I had to hire another company to come out and do the job properly.

I Roger Sorna the sole propietier of rws refrigeration/ac feel the rating was unfair the wife paid me saying the job was satisfactory and the following morning the husband wanted me to do a recall but I was hospitalized with no possible recourse. Cordially RWS.
