We offer a wide range of residential home design and construction services through a design-build approach. Usually owners have a concept of their needs and we take it from there. The designs we produce meet homeowners’ expectations with extraordinary results. Our designer/builder Roger Perron oversees the design and coordinates with the homeowners. Once the design is completed, we take out all the necessary permits and start the construction with our staff of employees and dedicated subcontractors. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Likewise, our licensed subcontractors are required by us to have liability and workers’ compensation insurances. We have been using the same subcontractors for years now and expect excellence from them for plumbing, electrical, drywall, stucco, masonry and roofing services. Roger Perron, with the help of our staff, personally oversees the progress and monitors the final product. We strive for a high-quality construction project completed on time and within budget. Our goal is satisfied homeowners who are enthusiastic about the result.
