Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Rod made mistakes by not following our instructions prior to having his people place the re-enforcing needed to place the grab bars in the correct place. He told us that he had one of the best tile people doing the tiling and we would be impressed by his work. He did not follow our instructions for a decorative line of tiles.He did not put them in.This person was not there for three quarters of the project. Window tiles were put in backwards and wall border tile was broken when put in.Also, trim tile on floor baseboard was left out and would not have been put in if my wife had not threaten to call me.Notenough more to continue with rest.

Project: Install or Replace Natural Slate Roofing
Rod gave me the lowest bid. His bid included work and material that the other bids did not. He also made suggestions, one of two that I approved to be added on. We agreed on the time and payment plan to which he made concessions to my needs. I also chose him because he appeared more capable and honest than the other bidders.The work crew was friendly, cooperative, productive. We are very happy with the finished roof. I look forward to getting his bids on other carpentry needs I have.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Overall a professional and well executed job. They are not the fastest, and with only 3 men on the job it took 4 days to finish the re-roofing, but they did an excellent job and worked 12+ hour every day including Saturday. The cleanup was immaculate. I highly recommend Rod's Residential Services and would not hesitate to hire them again for other projects.

Rolando was excellent! his group did a fantasitc job for a great price. It was just amazing how fast they completed a job like this and it turned out awesome. My neighbors are so jealous!!!
