A quick search on google pulled up Service Magic. A quick phone call to Service Magic, put me in touch with Rod's Repair. Rod came out within a few hours, and he was able to jury rig my washer that day, and I was able to continue with my clothes washing. This was a very positive experience. He still needs to come back with the part, but our washer is working now.
