They did a very nice job on the drywall but left a mess. Ceiling tiles and lights were removed and never replaced. Soda bottles were left in a box we wanted to keep. They were the best priced but not worth saving the money.

The owner was professional and the communication with him was very good. He was delayed a day in starting the job, but called ahead to let me know and his workers finished the job on schedule despite the slow start. However, if you hire him, make sure the dry wall installers put down drop cloths before they start. I'm still mopping up dust and debris. I will eventually get the shine back on my floors, but they could have easily prevented the problem by covering the room before they began.

Project: Install Drywall
The drywall contractor took advantage of my wife and I by failing to inform us of the extensive damage to our drywall. He done some minor repairs, accepted our three thousand dollars, and ran. I had to hire another contractor to repair the drywall, including the work Rod Koelker performed.

Drywall work was acceptable, but the back-office is not run professionally. All quotes were verbal. I was given a below-market rate for labor, but I was over charged for parts. I was asked to write a check to one of the laborers for the entire job price (parts and labor), and I never received the requested invoice. Phone calls to the office were unanswered after they received their money.

Painted over from walls to ceiling and will not return calls or answer email.

Customer is absolutely correct. Scheduling conflicts have prevented me from returning to take care of the problem of the 1/8" line of paint that was left on the ceiling from the cutting in of the walls in a room that was about 4'x6'.
