His early job was cancelled so he called me to see if i wanted him to come over early. He was prompt, nice, fast adn a good value. He did what we asked, and when i asked him a question about work he does not perform, he gave me advice on how to take care of it. I will be using him again in the future for other work without a doubt.

I called Rocky on Saturday morning and he was able to make the service call that afternoon. We converted 3 telephone jacks to Internet service and moved the DSL moden to connect directly to the phone line "bank" at the Master Bedroom closet. All work was done quickly. Everything works perfectly now and connection speeds are much faster than wireless.

I placed an order on Service Magic on a Friday and he came out on Saturday and did the complete job. I am very pleased with the work. I had two regular TV cables run and two ethernet lines run. Outstanding job, reasonable price (definitely cheaper than Comcast).
