Joel replaced my defunct treatment system with a new one that functions beautifully and requires less maintenance. He went above and beyond late in the day when one of the parts didn't work by driving over two hours to pull a replacement off another unit in his shop and then returning to install it after hours so we wouldn't be without treated water.

Joel at RMWP was extremely helpful, straighforward, and honest from project beginning to end. He told me what I needed and why, what my options were, how much it would cost, and how much time it would take. The project was completed on time, and on budget and for a very fair price. HIgh quality, good pricing, and customer service was all A-1.
