But this turned out to be a great choice. Ray did more than we asked for!  No one else volunteered to use an underlayment to get the new floor to the same height as the kitchen. No one else volunteered to blend in the wood & finish the kitchen floor so that it matched the new floor.  We are very happy with the result. Ray really knows his stuff. <br />There was however a lack of communication when circumstances at Rocky Mt Hardwood led to a delay in schedule. When delays happen, communication is vital. Once they were behind schedule, I received absolutely NO communication from RMH until I arrived on site the day the project was supposed to be completed. <br /> <br /> <br /> Rating: Provided By: Augusto C.
