Initially they dropped the wrong wood, when they showed up to start laying down the wood, I asked them and they told me its not what I requested but its close enough. I asked Ray and he promptly replaced the wood that was the only negative remark I would make. Otherwise it was good

Rocky Mountain Hardwood Was 100% great from start to finish. We had him install our floors while we went on Vacation and he did an incredible job laying new floor, tying it in with the existing areas of hardwood and finishing the entirety of the surface. I would reccomend him again because he was honest, did great work, and came in $800 cheaper than the closest competitor.

I took lot of quotes on wood flooring and ray's was the best. He throw in lot of free stuff too. I done stairs as part of this project and ray's team done a good job on that too, replacing it with brand new stairs. Ray's work is awesome and will recommend to anyone.

Ray and his crew were incredible. The floors far exceed my expectations and there was no running me around with price. Ray give us the best service, rearranged his schedule to accomodate our need to have our floors done before my daughters reception. Also we needed to leave and Ray and his crew finalized the job while we were out of town -- when we returned we were blown away at how incredible everything looked. I highly recommend Ray and his crew at Rocky Mountain Hardwood.

They did a good job of lacing the new wood with our existing wood, but the finish doesn't seem to be as tough as our old one was. He upsold us the stairs which turned out nice, but we thought that they should have filled in the gaps on the edges before they were finished. There were many marks on the walls from their handprints and the sander. Thank GOD for Majic Eraser. We were a little surprised that no restitution was made when we found out that they were including the removal of carpet and subfloor in the bid. Nothing was said to us about this being included. We had removed it all prior to their arrival. Time will tell!

Ray, Micah and Luke did an awesome job installing new oak floors in my 33 year old house. They completely replaced all of the stair treads with solid oak, not just an overlay with stairnose. Nobody else offered to do the stairs in this superior manner. Ray was exactly on schedule and showed up when he said he would - a rare trait these days. All in all - A beautiful job! Thanks!

Over promised and under delivered. I would not recommend this contractor

RMH did this job 3 years ago we did a good job. Customer got water damage wanted RMH to fix it for free we did not. Customer got upset and got another company to do his repair that he paid for and blamed on my company. Nothing I could have done to make him happy.
